Capt Scotty sending three parasailors into the sky

Capt Scotty sending three parasailors into the sky

This month, all four of our parasail boats received a brand new, state-of-the-art present. As long as we’ve been parasailing at Fury, the tandem flight has been our standard. That means you almost always have a partner with you as you soar 300 feet above Key West. Odd numbered parties were always accommodated by flying someone solo, flying someone with a member of another party, or flying someone in your party twice.

Well, now we have another option with the arrival of the triple bar. The triple bar allows us to safely fly three people at a time on a case by case basis. Like every other flight, your captain is taking multiple variables into account to assure you the safest and most comfortable flight. He is assessing wind conditions, the weight of the flyers, and the size of the parachute that he is flying.

We can’t guarantee that we can fly every party on the triple bar, but it is an excellent alternative in many situations. Ideal candidates would include three children, three teenagers, or an adult with two children. When we have offered the triple flight option to our customers, they have all been thrilled with the chance to share this exciting experience with not one, but two partners.

So come one come all, odd numbered parties are always welcome at Fury. When it comes to parasailing, the more the merrier always applies!
