The 15th annual Songwriters Festival got underway last night at the Ocean Key Resort and continues through the weekend. Featuring some of the most influential songwriters and musicians from Nashville and around the country, the festival is a highlight for any music lover’s.
With the popularity of Fury’s Commotion on the Ocean, it’s only natural that we would take part in the celebration with three exclusive festival sunset sails. If you want to rock ‘n roll while sipping margaritas as the sun sinks into the ocean, then Fury’s your ticket to the Songwriters.

Saturday, May 1, ladies, the boat is packed with young, country music cuties, and I recommend you make sure you’re there! The boys include Ross Copperman whose debut album “Welcome to Reality” will be released the end of May. Kip Moore fuses country with rock and pop. Blake Wise will make you swoon with his good looks and sweet, soulful performance. Finally, Steven Lee Olsen’s new song “Make Hay While the Sun Shines” is upbeat and will get you moving!
Sunday, May 2, features Marty Dodson who has written hits for such bands as Rascal Flatts and Lonestar. The Canadian turned country songwriter, Tebey Ottoh will be there. To round out the roster Bridgette Tatum with her new hit “Dirty Cowboy” and Danny Myrick’s “She’s Country” should get the whole boat two-stepping.
