Ticket and Boarding Information

Please arrive at your departure point at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time printed on your ticket. For the Ultimate Adventure Trip, please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure time. You will be asked to present your ticket, as well as a valid form of ID.

Failure to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to departure time either by telephone or email will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of the reserved trip. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of departure. Please note that failure to show for the reserved trip without cancellation will result in no refund. If the trip is cancelled by Fury Water Adventures for any reason, your credit card will be refunded the full amount.

We employ SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to ensure the security of your order information. All your order information, including your name, address, billing and other information is encrypted through our secure server for maximum security.

Fury Key West respects your privacy.  We understand the fluid nature of information on the web, and we have set up several policies to help prevent the abuse of privacy.  We make it our policy to disclose what information we gather and how we use it. 

We gather information through correspondence with our customers, either through online forms, email, or by phone.  This information is used to stay in contact with you and to provide the most personalized service possible.

All information submitted is kept private indefinitely.  Any contact information, email addresses, or any demographic information is kept private and is never disclosed to or used by anyone outside of Fury.  We will not willfully disclose data about our customers to any third party.  This policy is complete and indefinite, we do not rent or sell any information.

Occasionally we will send out emails to our customers concerning special offers or providing information about new products and services we offer.  In every email we send, you are given the option to remove yourself from our mailing list.
