Ah… the week after Labor Day, it seems the whole island breathes a collective sigh of relief as the summer party ends and the mellow month of September begins. Of course, the party is never really over in Key West. It just changes a little. The difference between Labor Day Monday and the Tuesday that follows is distinct.
Post-Labor Day September is the height of tourism’s slow season. Okay, fine, but what does this mean for you? If you’re still craving a getaway to Key West, the savings have never been better and you’ll feel like you’ve got the whole island to yourself (well, sort of!).
Accommodations are at their lowest rates of the year. Shop around for major bargains or stay at one of the most luxurious resorts on the island for less! Check out the specials at the Westin or the Ocean Key House (home to Fury) and you’ll be in the prime location for all of your water adventures. Or for a smart splurge, check out the Sunset Key Guest cottages where our parasail boat can pick you up from your own semi-private island!
Speak with your concierge or one of our many sales agents on the streets for exclusive Fall savings packages with Fury. The more trips you join us on, the more you’ll save, too!
With smaller crowds, your trips with us will have an even more personal touch. For instance, yesterday, Captain Davey and I entertained a handful of “private charters” on our 15-passenger parasail boat. The mood was relaxed, the weather was beautiful, and the flights were super long!
Starting this month, we’re also offering free margaritas on our afternoon snorkel trip in addition to the beer, wine, wine spritzers, and soda that we’ve always offered because nothing says “wasting away in Margaritaville” like, well, margaritas!
We hope to treat you and yours to a very special Fall water adventure at Fury because, like I said, the party never stops in Key West!
