As always, Fury had the Parrotheads covered with our annual Meeting of the Minds Commotion on the Ocean sunset sail. This year we rocked out to the musical stylings of Scott Kirby, a singer/songwriter who has collaborated with Peter Mayer and Roger Guth of Jimmy Buffett’s Coral Reefer Band.
Kirby delighted the crowd with his original beach-folky storyteller songs as he picked away at his finger style guitar. The boat definitely rocked when he performed his crowd pleasing Jimmy Buffett classics.
The wind was strong in the sails aboard the Caribbean Fury and even a cloudy western horizon couldn’t disappoint. The crew served up pitchers of our delicious margaritas. When in Margaritaville, you’ve gotta have a few margaritas! Ice cold beer, wine, wine spritzers, and champagne was all free flowing, too. For our hungry Parrotheads, the bar was full of tasty appetizers like chicken wings, meatballs, and fresh veggies.
No mater what the occasion, there’s always a good time to be had aboard a Fury catamaran and we look forward to seeing you the next time you’re in town!
