Eliza, Paul, & Marius at the welcome party in Key West

Have you got a favorite morning radio show? For me, I’m a bit of a channel surfer or I’ll just listen to whatever my captain has playing on the parasail boat. Lately, though, I’ve been tuning into Big 105.9’s Paul & Young Ron Show. Why? Well, first of all, they’re pretty hilarious and have some great guest interviews. Second of all, they just hosted an awesome party in Key West!

We’ve been gearing up for the Paul & Young Ron’s Corona Key West Come Along all month long. I jet set to the kick off party in Fort Lauderdale for Cinco de Mayo and this weekend we all partied in Key West! The duo invaded the Margaritaville Resort & Marina broadcasting live from the hotel. Local radio talent Bill Hoebee and Kelly Craig were in on the action all weekend, as well, along with DJ Dave.

Our own Marius and Eliza surprised the radio jockeys during their broadcast Friday morning with a gift bag full of Key West swag including key lime pie and Surf Shack attire. That evening, the Fury crew took to Rick’s for the welcome party where we mixed and mingled with Paul and Ron. We might have downed few Coronas while we were at it!

Of course, what’s a trip to Key West without getting on the water? Saturday we hosted Paul & Young Ron’s crew on the afternoon Reef & ‘Rita’s snorkel trip. Captain JB was at the helm ensuring everyone had a great time. The Key West radio crew joined forces with Paul & Young Ron, along with their respective entourages, and we had a gorgeous afternoon at the reef.

Summer’s only just getting started and this was a perfect kickoff. We look forward to a sun-soaked, action-packed season. Enjoy your Memorial Day Weekend. We hope to see you in Key West on a Fury water adventure soon!
