In November, we had the pleasure of hosting a very special Make-A-Wish guest at Fury Water Adventures. Jose Hernandez and his mother Roseannette, father Jose, sisters Mirella and Alliana, grandfather Santiago and grandmother Maysel from Albuquerque, NM joined us on the Morning Dolphin Watch tour. Led by Captain Nicole, they embarked on their water adventure to witness Key West dolphins swim and play in their natural habitat. They saw about 12 dolphins on their journey – what a great way to celebrate Jose’s 13th birthday!
Jose was named Honorary Captain as he assisted Nicole at the helm, driving the boat back to shore. In addition to their Fury trip, Jose and his family experienced the excellent fishing Key West has to offer. Jose even caught a shark! It was such a pleasure to host Jose and his family. We would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Make-A-Wish Foundation for everything they do for children and their families as well as our awesome Fury crew.
