Joining the Team
At Fury Management, Inc., we hire people who are committed to our values and purpose. That is why we carefully select talented people through a process that typically involves several pre-employment procedures.
We base all of our employment decisions on integrity and honesty from the start. These are core values at Fury Management, Inc., and we take them very seriously. If you provide false information or if you falsify any company forms or references (or if your references are unsatisfactory), that’s certainly a sign that you don’t share in our core beliefs and we may take employment action on this basis, (this holds true whether we find out before you start working or after.)
We’re also committed to employing only authorized workers who can establish their identity and eligibility for employment with approved documents and completion of an I-9 form. If you were previously employed and have been rehired, you may be required to complete additional paperwork, and we may require a drug test, updated background checks, or other pre-employment procedures. Also, depending on the nature and circumstances of the situation, we may impose a waiting period prior to reemployment. To be considered for reemployment, you must have left in good standing at the time of your previous employment.
